Slow-cooked for 14 hours until each piece is a hearty, fork ready slice of sheer joy.
Cooked slowly at low temperatures, until the the meat becomes so tender, that it can be "hand-pulled" or easily broken into individual pieces.
BRISKET BURNT ENDS
Burnt ends are the point muscle off of the brisket; the grain runs perpendicular to the flat which is what we slice and use on our sandwiches and in our dinners. Burnt ends are a true delicacy in the barbecue world.
